This requirement is sole sourced to JP Innovations, 101 E. Main Street, Suite 207, Monroe, WA 98272-1519 for compatibility with the existing drive laser. Any firms believing that they can provide the Optical Oscillator Wavelength Converter, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the drive laser and the need to provide timely measurement capability for the government programs without causing programmatic hardship.
