This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase and repair of Polycom HDX 80. Due to the unique nature of this requirement and interoperability considerations with existing equipment, only one qualified supplier, 3E Technologies International, is capable of providing this requirement. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
