This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. A Request for Proposal, MDA112-02-T-0030 is attached to this announcement. Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure the following items: Five (5) each, Portable Transmitter, Itelco Part Number T312 SC with Channels 7, 8, 9, 10, 12. Destination point is Television Audio Support Activity, Sacramento, CA. Required delivery is one hundred- twenty (120) days after contract award. The suggested supplier and part numbers are provided for reference only. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. If offeror is proposing other manufacturers or part numbers, the offeror shall identify the manufacturer and part number then specified with complete technical data (specification data sheets/brochures). It is the offeror?s responsibility to provide sufficient technical data to allow the Government to determine if the proposed substitution meets the Government needs.
