DESCRIPTION
Combined synopsis/solicitation W90M7W-7121-0400 is being issued for Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 448210, Shoe Stores. The Utah National Guard has a requirement that will be filled under this combined synopsis/solicitation. This award should be able to be filled by a single vendor. This requirement calls for the purchase of fifty-eight (58) Garmont T8 670 Boots with Coyote color. We are looking for this specific brand and similar boot brands will not be accepted. The winning vendor must be able to deliver all 58 pairs of boots with correct sizes and quantities (below) NLT 1 June 2017. Sizes and quantities are:

Evaluations Factors: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award shall be made on the basis of Best Value with shipping timeframe as the first criteria and Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as the second criteria. An LPTA quote is one that is the lowest price while meeting the technical requirements of the Government. A lowest quote may not be the successful quote if it does not meet technical requirements (i.e. the Government still reserves the option to award to other than lowest quote if the lowest quote does not meet technical acceptability). Vendors must have the capability to ship the boots and be delivered NLT 1 June 2017 to meet technical acceptability.

All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE/DUNS number, Federal Tax Number, and must include point of contact information.

Please provide your quote submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than 12:00 pm (Mountain) 16 May 2017.
