The Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to award one contract based on the cirteria as stated in FAR 52.212-2 herein, for the Sony Studio HD Camera & Accessories, to include Camera Control Units, Fujinon lens etc. Only one contract shall be issued. The contractor must bid on ALL items and must be quoted F.O.B. Destination. The Sony studio system is issued under solicitation HQ0028-07-R-0020, that is to be shipped to two separate locations which are Washington DC 20330 and Langley AFB, VA 23665. Substitutes will not be accepted based on the attached Brand Name Justification, except were noted (Line Items 0007, 0009 and 0010). This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220; the small business threshold is 750. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and registered under ORCA (Representations & Certifications) and an authorized Sony distributor.
