The 1st Contracting Squadron (1 CONS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to General Dynamics Communications Systems, 77 A Street, Needham, MA 02494-2806. This purchase order is for Two (2) each, TACLANE-E100 Encryptor KG-175 Unit with AC Power (ET-59000-1); and Two (2) each, TACLANE KG-175 Rack Mount Shelf Kit (WS-6900-1). A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order has been made because General Dynamics is the sole manufacturer of the TACLANE-E100. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Responses to this notice of intent to award to General Dynamics should be submitted no later than one (1) day from the date of this synopsis to Ms. Dayna Coverston, Contract Specialist, at 1 CONS/LGCB, 74 Nealy Ave., Langley AFB, VA 23665.
