We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302, 2 each Quad Channel Bit Sync, 8 each 40Mbps Operation Option, 4each SOQPSK (per dual card), 2 each IEEE-488 Control, 2 each Ethernet Control, 4 each BERT Option (per dual channel), 2 ea ch 75 Ohm Option, and 2 each Chassis Slides to Delta Information Systems (GDP Space Systems), 300 Welsh Road, Building 3, Horsham, PA 19044-2273. Higher bit rates of at least 40Mbps are needed for near future telemetry requirements. GDP is the only comp any that meets the unique salient charachteristics necessary.
