UNFUNDED DISCLOSURE
This request is solicited as advertised only. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. Quotes valid through 30 September 2008 are requested.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Offerors must be CCR registered and all invoicing must be processed through WAWF. It is highly recommended that Representations and Certifications be completed through ORCA https://orca.bpn.gov/

All information relating to this RFQ, including pertinent changes/amendments, information, all questions and answers will be posted at the http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ web site. Formal communications such as
request for clarification and/or information concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing vie-e-mail to the following address: [email protected], Not later than 10:00 A.M. EST, 22 Sep 2008. All answers and questions (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on the http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ web site and contained in a document titled Questions & Answers. This document will be updated regularly.
