This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The U.S. Army intends to procure the following Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) items. Eight (8) each commercial Garmin Rino 120 Handheld GPS Receiver for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case S4-B-VAB. The word Government in this document refers to the United States Government. A One year commercial warranty is required.
