The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source solicitation to Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Syracuse, NY for a contract modification to Contract N00024-99-C-6212 to add the following: one (1) additional Twin Line TB-29A Towed Body; one (1) additional Twin Line TB-29A Tow Rig Support Equipment; and one (1) additional Twin Line TB-29A Back Deck Support Equipment. LMIS is the only contractor capable of meeting the Government's minimum requirements within the required timeframe. See Numbered Note (22)*****
