This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The reference number is SINLEC-03-Q-0002 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This action is a 100% small business set-aside. FOB Destination shall be Miami, Florida. We anticipate award for this purchase order to be on or about January 10, 2003. The government plans to award a commercial item purchase order to the responsible offeror who can provide the needed items or equal requested by the required delivery date. The required Delivery Date is Feburary 28, 2003. The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, requires the following Line Items: Description: Item 1, Quantity: 31 EACH, Decibel Antenna model DB420-A or equal. Item 2, Quantity: 31 EACH Decibel Side Mount Kit Decibel Antenna DB5012 or equal. Item 3, Quantity 31 EACH, AC Surge Protector 20A 220 VAC Model No HJV2410CM20 or equal. The selected contractor must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
