This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS Code 334413 and size standard of 500. The requirements are to be delivered by 10 October 2002, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA with FOB Destination.
