This is a market survey to identify potential sources to supply NSN 5895-01-289-4663, P/N 12-690-11-P4-030 and repair the Governments stock of NSN 5895-01-289-4663, P/N 12-690-11-P4-030. Repair will consist of inspecting the assets to determine the level of repair required and performing the necessary repairs. This is the Chelton antenna used with the AN-ASC Console. The proposed item must have the same operating specifications and physical characteristics as the present item. The Government does not have the drawings/specifications for this item. The Government intends to issue two solicitations for this effort and make two awardsone for repair services and one for the supply of hardware. Interested parties must demonstrate that they can repair the item by providing documentation such as test results, copy of previous repair orders that show they repaired the item.
