The suggested manufacturer is Madico, Inc. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capability will be accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 238150 with a size standard of $12 Million. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site.
