This solicitation is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one (1) year and three (3) one-year options. The total duration of the contract (base plus option years) shall not exceed 4 years. Awards will be made on an "all or none" by National Stock Number (NSN) basis. Therefore there maybe split awards. The scope of this contract, regardless of the awardee, is NSNs for which L3 Henschel, Cage 28189, is an approve source, whether or not the NSNs are ultimately procured from L3 Henschel. The requirement is unrestricted for Stock replenishment for supplies for which the Government does NOT possess complete unrestrictive technical data. Specifications, plans or drawaings are NOT available. While price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in Section L&M of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer. A written offer is required and to be returned to the address in Block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified.
