Slye – Custom – Wall Plates (Lot) – 1 ea. Item No. 7. Sony – EVI-D30 – Camera Single Chip – 1 ea. Item no. 8. AMX – AXT-CV10 – Touch Panel, Color Video Power Tilt – 1 ea. Item No. 9. Extron – 60-242-06, Crosspoint 1616HVA, 16X16 Wideband Matrix Switcher – 1 ea. Item No. 10. Polycom – VS4000 – Video codec – 1 ea. Item No. 11. Polycom – QUAD BRI BRI – Interface – 1 ea. Item No. 12. Polycom – NT3 – NT3 Interface. The instruments shall be shipped to the FDA located in College Park, Maryland.
