Intent to make a sole source acquisition ESC/PKOP intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a FAR Part 12 commercial sole source purchase order to Bandwidth Semiconductor of Hudson, NH under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The objective of this effort will be to provide semi-conductor material - epitaxial layers of InGaAs and InP on 100 InP substrates using and existing formula. Bandwidth Semiconductor is the only known responsible source at this time. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is May 26, 2004, the NAICS code is 334413, and the Size Standard is 500 Employees. Delivery date is 4 weeks after receipt of order, FOB Destination.
