This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract (subject to availability of funds) for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for (2) dual frequency (L1/L2) GPS/GLONASS/WAAS/EGNOS receivers with integrated radio modems, bipod and rover rods as described in the attachment. The units will be delivered to: HHC 122 ENGR BN, 225 Augusta Road, Edgefield, SC 29824-1499. Delivery must be within 30 days of contract award and will be FOB Destination. Coordination of delivery with Unit POC will be determined after award. Please prepare your quote based on the attachment that specifies the requirements for this purchase.

Solicitation 10605852-0001 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in acordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.

To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), which can accessed at: https://sams.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All vendors must have a publicly visible registration is SAM. Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CCAGE Code Number, and Federal Tax ID Number.

All Request for Information (RFIs) shall be sent to: [email protected] no later than 1000 hours (10:00am EST)on Wednesday, 04 March 2015. Reference the solicitation number in the subject line when requesting information. Responses to all RFIs will be provided after 1000 hours on Friday, 06 March 2015.
