The approximate issue date of the RFP will be 05 Mar 2004 with the approximate response date of 05 Apr 2004. Request the solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities web site. Only written or faxed request received directly from the requester are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code Number, Size of Business pursuant to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334220. Sole Source to Rockwell Collins (Cage: 13499). All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1).
