SVME-VAFD-0022, two (2) each 1550 dual channel PMC module (model P15D) part no. SPMC-A07-0-6373, one (1) each VxWorks 6.2 board support pack for Manta SBC and P15D 1553 card part no. DSW-A10-0-7841, one (1) each yearly software maintenance part number associated with VxWorks BSP for all applicable boards part no. MNT-A10-0-5440, two (2) each rear transition module for the VAFD-2PIM sites, level LO ruggedization part no. PCA-A11-0-5653, one (1) each star fabric switch/bridge interconnect PMC module part no. SPMC-A07-0-7064, two (2) each PIM module for PSTN PMC (rear I/O transition module) part no. PCA-A08-0-6767, two (2) each PMC expansion module (3 PMC slots) (model PBX3) part no. SPMC-A07-0-7009, two (2) each aluminum double wide VME64x EMI front panel for PBX3 part no. ACC-A09-0-5922. NASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from Synergy Microsystems, Incorporated DBA Curtiss-Wright Controls, 10201 Wateridge Circle, San Diego, California 92121 for their hardware meets the requirements for an F-18 Test Bench Replacement prototype being developed by Dryden. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and 13. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:30 p.m. local time on ____9/1/06_________. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
