This is a market survey to locate a source for production and delivery of 2000 Carrying Cases each and 2000 Webbing Straps each for MELIOS (AN/PVS-6). MELIOS (End Item):-(Description for information only); The Mini Eye safe Laser Infrared Observation Set (AN/PVS-6, NSN 5860-01-350-8551) is a lightweight, individually operated,hand-held or tripod-mounted laser rangefinder. The System weight is approximately 6.5lbs. Carrying Case:- The carrying Case is used to carry the ME LIOS MLRF, two batteries, Triopd, Lens cleaning tissue, Lens cleaning compound and operator's manual. It has the fasteners to attach to web gear. It is constructed of a woven nylon fabric. The cover will protect the unit from dust and rain. Strap, Webbing: The Webbing Strap is used by the soldiers to carry the AN/PVS-6 MELIOS on their shoulder. It is attached on both sides of the Carrying Case with a Spring Locking Swivel Hook.
