CONTACT Stanley Chan, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-1862. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for the spares for the AS-4429/TSC LHGXA. The following spare parts for the LHGXA will be procured under this proposed contrac t: NSN 5985-01-437-4017, Waveguide Assembly; NSN 5985-01-437-4022, Waveguide Assembly and NSN 5985-01-437-4023, Waveguide Assembly. These items are only defined by National Stock Number, and Microwave Engineering Corporation and Microtech Inc. part number s. Detailed technical data such as engineering drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures for manufacture and acceptance of these units are NOT available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate in writing t o: Commander, U.S. ARMY CELCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-T-TM (Stanley Chan), Building 1202W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. Response via electronic media using Microsoft Office 2000 products (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat (Portable Document Format) is acceptable and preferable. The response must include documentation such as test result, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from the previous source that the supplier can, in fact, supply thes e items that will be form, fit and physically, and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing LHGXA Antenna from the previous suppliers. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perfor m when used for the purpose intended by the Government and be delivered on time.
