Tactical Operations Center Intercommunications System (TOCNET ) is an off-the-shelf digital intercommunications system (integrated hardware and software) for military applications that's currently fielded on more than 11,000 systems. As a full digital system, TOCNET allows for bridging, crossbanding and conferencing of various disparate assets such as radios, phone lines, VoIP and network IP.

Responses must include supplier's CAGE and PN or documentation that the supplier can provide the Army with a physically and functionally interchangeable unit from the previous supplier(s). Examples of such documentation can be test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source(s), or a statement from a listed source demonstrating that the supplier can provide the Army with an interchangeable unit. Suppliers may have to warrant that the unit will perform satisfactorily when used in the intended purpose of the Army.
