The U.S. Army, Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole source basis with March Electronics, the production of 467 Protective Receptacle Covers in support of the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer. Sole source authority for this procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
