We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, NRE to Incorporate Receiver Modifications Including Software and Hardware, and Incorporate Receiver Modifications Including Software and Hardware to WV Communications Inc., 1176 Tourm aline Drive, Newbury, CA 91320. Research has shown that no other company can produce these add-on upgrades to the existing proprietary equipment. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be forthcoming.
