The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a Nuance Communications Inc product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Nuance Communications Inc is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to US Navy/Receiving Officer 1008 Trident Street, Hanahan, SC 29410.
