This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-05-T-0003, Request for Proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 443112; size standard is $7.5M. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The offeror must include a statement regarding the size of the business. This requirement of the Connecticut Army National Guard (CTARNG) consists of system integration, installation, programming, maintenance an d support of audio video equipment. The location is in Nett Hall, 38 Smith Street, Camp Rell, Niantic, CT 06357. The majority of required equipment will be government furnished; with the remaining unfurnished items purchased by the Offeror under this propo sed contract. The items to be included in the proposed quotation must be equivalent to or compatible with the government furnished equipment. All equipment needs to be wired, mounted accordingly, programmed, and tested. All equipment will be installed in e quipment racks unless otherwise mounted. All cabling required to properly operate the system will be provided and installed by the vendor. Conduit is in place to ensure adequate cable pathways. Training will be provided to the CTARNG when installation is c ompleted and system tested. The manufacturers warranties will be honored and serviced by the vendor. All owner manuals will be turned over to the CTARNG upon project completion. The provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations, applies to this RFQ.
