Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Wafer Technology Ltd, on other than full and competitive basis, a contract for 50 each undoped p-type GaSb single crystal wafers, 20 each Te doped n-type GaSb single crystal wafers, 20 each undoped n-type InAs single crystal wafers and 10 each Si doped GaAs single crystal wafers.
