The anticipated release date of RFP NNG04069400R is on or about August 12, 2004 with an anticipated RFP due date of on or about September 13, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a RFP, which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
