(1000) on-axis, 2 inch diameter, double-sided polished, epi ready, CMP polish on Si-face, part #W4SRDOR-0200, and 1 each Single-crystal 4H-SiC wafer, Epi-ready, non-graded, N-type, nominal 5e18 cm-3, (11-20) on-axis A-plane, 1.375 inch diameter, 250 um thick (nominal), single sided polished, epi-ready, part #W4NXBAX-0000.
