Contractor shall provide 1) mixing console, d5 live control surface, digico d5live56ex, substitute: using madi connections w/o optocore fiber system, 2) mixing rack, stage rack 56 input/32 output, digico, substitute: using madi connections w/o optocore fiber system and 3) mixing rack, local rack 16/mic/line inputs, digico, 16 line outputs, 4 stereo aes in/out substitute: using madi connections w/o optocore fiber system to Wolf Trap Farm Park, Vienna, Virginia. For any equal products, the contractor must provide documentation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause No. 52.211-4, Brand Name or Equal. The estimated magnitude is between $100,000 to $150,000. This procurement is a commercial item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturers with a small business size of 750 employees. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Chapter 19.1305, the Government shall set-aside all procurements with a total contract dollar threshold over $100,000 to be set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. This procurement is 100-percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. You may check if you qualify by typing in your address into the entry, "To Determine if an Address is Located in a HUBZone." If your firm is located within a HUBZone, you must certify your company with the Small Business Administration. Your company's name must be included on the Small Business Administration's listing at the time of quote opening to be considered as a HUBZone small business for your quote to be evaluated under the small business HUBZone set-aside. However, if this office does not receive any acceptable quotes from qualified HUBZone concerns, the set-aside will roll over to a 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to 750 employees.
