(AppTek), for the purchase of following brand name items: Item 0001: TRANSPHERE VERSION 2.6.7X, SINGLE USER, 15 each; and Item 0002: TRANSPHERE VERSION 2.6.7X MAINTENANCE 15 each, with a delivery to FORT BELVOIR, VA on or before October 3, 2003. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent.
