This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to the Corp Ten International. The intended contract will provide one copy of UniTrac Standby Software for the DEA's Centralized Tracking System to be installed at the CTS failover site. Corp Ten International designed, built, installed, and has continued to maintain the DEA CTS. Corp Ten holds the proprietary rights to the CTS utilized within the DEA. As a result Corp Ten International is the only responsible source to provide the UniTrac Standby Server software for the CTS.
