THIS IS AN OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION.   ONLY VENDORS THAT WILL BE OFFERING PART NUMBERS (P/N) AE-14881-5 and 217-812127-005 under PR number 1000122392 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year base with one 3-year option IQC for approved sources TIMES MICROWAVE SYSTEMS (68999) P/N AE-14881-5 or ULTRA ELECTRONICS TCS, (L1084) P/N 217-812127-005

Required delivery is 253 days for.  Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery.

Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 156 each.  The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation.                       

There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Destination  and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct.

Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 26 June 2021.
