Contractor shall perform all equipment set-up, maintenance, and proper-handling training upon receipt of items solicited. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) # FA4803-04-QS296. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22.
