Business Office 22 intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with the Netsmart Technologies, 3500 Sunrise., Greater River NY, NY 117739, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96 addendum. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for proprietary maintenance and support of software for the Netsmart Technologies methadone automated dispensing software systems.
