USDA/NRCS is requesting proposals to provide and construct a 60' x 100' equipment barn in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.  Unit price shall be all-inclusive, no other costs shall be paid. Progress payments shall be allowed once per month based on work completed to date.

Offerors shall submit plans and specifications of components (Gauge of metal, warranties, projected construction schedule) with their proposals, but sealed drawings are not required until after award.

This is not a sealed bid requirement, bid bonds are not required.  This is a request for proposals for commercial items commonly available in the marketplace.
