Voltage Regulator. General Services Administration intends to make an open market purchase for voltage regulators. The contractor is expected to provide the National Stock Numbers(NSN) 6110-01-450-4385 in various quantities to be specified in the solicitation to depots in Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation that will be posted on or about July 25, 2007. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 335311 and the size standard is 500. The delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order or sooner. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates and or amendments to any/all documents posted in reference to this solicitation once posted. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 19.502, this action is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
