The U.S. Army Contracting Command Picatinny on behalf of Project Manager - Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS) intends to award a FFP Contract to procure eighty (80) Military Tactical Generators and eighty (80) Cables and Connectors for use on the LW155mm Howitzers operating in Afghanistan on a sole source basis. The Justification & Approval addresses that Dewey Electronics is the only source that can meet all Government requirements regarding the Generators, Cables, and Connectors.
