This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is for a Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. It consists of one (1) annual full preventive maintenance (please see checklist under section 2.0 of the Statement of Work) on each of three (3) Catepiller Diesel Generators (s/n C5E01142, C5E01143, and SSE01370).
Also included in this solicitation/contract is on-call emergency maintenance. Contractor must respond within 60 minutes of being called. Emergency calls may occur at any time, 24/7.
Repair parts will be billed and paid by the Government at cost. Cost of parts included in Statement of Work, section 2.0 (oil, filters, etc.) are included with the price of the anual maintenance.
NOTES ABOUT SPECIFIC ITEM NUMBERS:
Item numbers 0002, 0005, 0008, 0011, 0014 should be proposed at your charge for one (1) hour of labor. At the time of contracting the Government will assign a total quantity whose total amount does not exceed $5,000.00.
Item numbers 0003, 0006, 0009, 0012, 0015 should be proposed at a unit price of $1.00 with a total amount of $5,000.00. These are 'Not to Exceed' line items for emergency supplies and parts.
