THIS IS AN OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN SET ASIDE SOLICITATION.   ONLY VENDORS THAT WILL BE OFFERING PART NUMBERS (P/N) 10513-0740-A006 and P/N 10513-0710-A006 under PR number 1000103709 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2 year base with one 3 year option IQC for approved sources L3 Harris Tech cage 14304, or DCX-CHOL Enterprise cage 27456 for P/N 0513-0740-A006 and P/N 10513-0710-A006.

Required delivery is 170 days for 015131353.  Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery.

Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 500 each for 015131363.  The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation.

There will be a 2-year base with one – 3 year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct.

Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively changed from 1 December 2020 to 15 January 2021.
