This Total Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-a-Side solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000145059 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).   The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with one 3-year OPTION IQC for DRS NETWORK &

IMAGING SYSTEMS, LLC (1RWE7), NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION (0J198) and ACE ELECTRONICS DEFENSE SYSTEMS, LLC (5TWH2) P/N 170376-1.  Only SDVOSB Businesses offering material from the listed companies for P/N 170376-1 will be considered.

Required delivery is 150 days after receipt of order (DARO).  Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery.

Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 436 each.  The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation.

There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct.

Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 21 June 2022.
