THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source contract to Acoustic Technology, INC, 30 Jeffries ST, Boston, MA 02128-2211, for integrating a new system into an existing system. This special notice is in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 and the size standard in number of employees is 750. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for five (5) business days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 4:00 pm CST, 17 August 2015, the contract will be issued without further notice.
