DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following items on a brand a name or equal basis: 200 each, Isolator Base Detector, Signature Series, PN: SIGA-IB 240 each, Detector Box w/pigtail, Edwards Brand, PN: TESSY-20WBB 2 each, Fire Alarm Panel, Edwards Brand, PN: TESSY-04-IO 200 each, Heat/Smoke Detector, Signature Series, PN: U-SIGA-PHD 1 each, Strobe Speaker, Cooper Wheelock, PN: ASWP 2475W-FR 70 each, Electrical Cable Assembly, Edwards Brand, PN: TESSY-16-2S-020 50 each, Electrical Cable Assembly, Edwards Brand, PN: TESSY-16-2S-030 20 each, Electrical Cable Assembly, Edwards Brand, PN: TESSY-16-2S-050 10 each, Electrical Cable Assembly, Edwards Brand, PN: TESSY-16-2S-100 Brand Name or Equal must meet specifications to be provided with the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS Code is 335931. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to NECO to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-18-Q-0530. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 19 December 2017. The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 12 January 2018 at 2:00 PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navv.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted.
