Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation to provide an upgrade to the existing Honeywell XBS platform as described below. Upgrade of Honeywell XBS platform by installation of a Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) and providing of engineering, technician, and training to 28 CES personnel to convert database. Provide graphic upgrading through EBI server software, client station software for fifteen (15) station licenses and a digital alarm paging option for the existing 251 Honeywell XL5000 building controllers associated to the over 20,000 points located base wide.
