This is a pre-solicitation for the 63rd CST Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear & Explosive (CBRNE) Training Support Services. The solicitation will be issued under Request For Proposals (RFP) W912L6-21-R-0004. All proposals shall reference the RFP number and shall be submitted by 1:00 P.M. CST on 15 December 2020 with an anticipated award date of 1 February 2021. This solicitation will be 100% Set Aside for the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) category with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools, Size Standard of 16.5 Million.  The Offeror's SAM registatration will be checked for this NAICS code and if they are a SDVOSB company.  The company will be asked for proof/documentation that states the company is a SDVOSB.  The Government intends award multiple contracts for this requirement for a quantity of three (3) as Firm Fixed-Price contracts.  Thereafter, each training requirement will be competed through these awarded contracts for a Task Order against their contract.  These contracts will be awarded for a base year and four (4) 1-year Options, should the Government choose to exercise the options.  The contracts will be awarded to the offeror whose porposal provides the best value to the Government in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will accompany the solicitation.
