This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a Sole Source contract to Gulf Coast Pharmaceuticals Plus, 995 N. Halstead Road, Ocean Springs, MS 39564 for the procurement 200 cases of Sodium Chloride 0.9% Irrigation Solution contained in 4000ml bottles, 150 cases of Sodium Chloride 0.9% Irrigation Solution contained in 3000ml bottles, and 100 cases of Lactated Ringers IV Solution contained in 1000ml bottles. All cases shall -be delivered to West Point, NY. Deliveries will be made according to vendor's available stock up until requested quantities are filled. A Solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. All interested parties shall respond by email, to include the company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, CAGE code and solicitation number.
