Request for Information/Sources Sought 36C24918Q9664 Capability to Meet Government's Minimum Requirement Market Research is being conducted and a Sources Sought has been issued to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing the requirement for KARL STORZ Endoscope Lease, Onsite Equipment Specialist, and Comprehensive Service Protection Agreement. The request is for all or none. This request does not guarantee the issuance of an RFQ. VA currently intends to solicit this requirement as Sole Source as only one source is recognized as capable to meet all necessary items. If you have the ability to provide the requested items and service, please respond to this RFI with a statement of capabilities. Further, if you have a similar equipment/service, please respond to this RFI with a capabilities statement and supporting documentation capable of validating the equivalent product/service capabilities. If the entire requirement, or equivalent, outlined in the attached list of materials is available from your company under a General Services Administration (GSA) contract or other contract vehicle, please let us know in your response. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VA is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Requirement The Tennessee Valley Health System TVHS Nashville Campus Veteran Affairs Medical Center VAMC is part of the VISN 9 Network and responsible for providing health care to Veterans throughout the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. TVHS utilizes two VAMCs strategically located in Nashville and Murfreesboro, TN Alvin C. York VAMC. The Urology Department at the Nashville Campus has daily scheduled procedures to provide critical prostrate examination in an effort to prevent kidney failure. This requirement will help bolster their existing equipment to prevent delays and cancellations of exams due to equipment failure.
