BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES OR SERVICES REQUIRED AND THE INTENDED USE: This request is for a consignment of BIOMET Microfixation - Sternalock Sets, various Part Numbers This action is set up as a consignment agreement that will be performed at the Denver VA Medical Center, 1055 Clermont St, Denver, CO 80220. The VA is obligated only to the extent of, and when use of the item is made by the VA. Unused (unopened and undamaged) items shall be returned, to the Contractor at the end of the effective period of the agreement, without reimbursement or other expenses to the Customer. This consignment agreement shall be effective for an estimated period of three (3) years from the date of signatures of both parties. 3.
