The VHA's Network Contracting Office 20, intends to award a sole source contract to Terumo Cardiovascular Group, 6200 Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103; to provide a Fresenious C.A.T.S. Autotransfusion system. Currently, the Government recognizes a single manufacturer and company able to provide this system. The contract will be firm-fixed price. This acquisition will be fulfilled under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 19 July 2016. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
